John, Thanks for dipping your toes into Austin’s wine and food scene. You and I spoke a couple of times in the distant past about The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas and its Stephan Pyles Culinary Scholarship competition coming up again in March (Houston students have won this cook-off for a $15,000 scholarship several times). We also have our internationally recognized Rare & Fine Wine Auction coming up in April.
