As our Sunday show in Houston is being preempted by Astros baseball, we’ll concentrate of having an extra-good time on Saturday. And we’ll accomplish this, as always, with exquisite food and wine. Long itself a blend of French and German influences – a result of geography colliding with history – Alsace helps Anne-Laure and her family produce wines that are the best of both worlds.
